BLD PNW is the largest gathering of Certified B Corporations in the Pacific Northwest. The event is organized by the B Corp community, for the B Corp community. By inspiring and connecting B Corps in the Pacific Northwest and their teams, we build a stronger movement to use business as a force for good.

Our Theme | Building the B Ecosystem

This year’s BLD theme is Building the B Ecosystem. Leaders will share stories, ideas, and experiences of collaborating around shared values and working toward inclusivity in the B Corp community.

Who Can Attend & Ticket Information

This conference is geared mainly toward Certified B Corporation companies. For the first time at BLD PNW, a limited number of tickets are available for others in our values-aligned community, such as students, academics, non-profits organizations, benefit companies, and aspiring B Corps. We welcome companies actively working on their B Impact Assessment, registered Benefit Companies and Social Purpose Companies, nonprofits, public sector organizations, students and academics, and other businesses aspiring to increase their social and environmental impact. We especially encourage leaders and changemakers from underrepresented groups to join us.

Ticket levels available:

  • Certified or Pending Certified B Corps - $60 ($75 after May 10)

  • Inclusive Economy - $20 ($25 after May 10)
    Students or underrepresented communities

  • Movement Builder - $80 ($100 after May 10)
    Registered Benefit Corporations / Social Purpose Companies / Prospective B Corps (BIA in progress / working with PSU cohort / working with consultant) / Nonprofit / Public sector / Academics

  • Patron - $160 ($200 after May 10)
    Any business that is not a Certified/Pending/Prospective B Corp or Benefit Company

  • Light pre-conference breakfast including fresh breads from Grand Central Bakery paired with local jams, plus fruit and granola bars courtesy of New Seasons Market

  • Hosted reception with B Corp wine & beer and appetizers by Elephants Delicatessen, from 5-6pm following the conference.

Block Party

B Local PDX is excited to bring you our first B Corp Block Party from 6-8pm, following the conference. This event is free & open to the public. The goal of the event is for a wide audience to join us and learn about B Corps, celebrate the local B Corp Community, see our vibrant and collaborative B Ecosystem, try out local B Corp products, and have a fun time! The block party will include drinks, food, live music, and B Corp vendors. We are currently seeking B Corp vendors, learn more here.

B Local PDX is an association of certified B Corps in Greater Portland that exists to equip and empower our organizations and employees in service of a shared and durable prosperity for all. We serve our constituents through certification support for aspiring and existing B Corps, connections for business development opportunities and personal growth, and collaboration around social and environmental impact.

The third annual BLD PNW will be held at the beautiful new Redd on Salmon event space. The Redd is a multifaceted project of Ecotrust that was formulated to support a more equitable, restorative, and regenerative food system in the Pacific Northwest. Redd East is a newly renovated, uniquely industrial venue space that blends historical charm with a bright, modern feel. With a main hall that can seat over 500 guests, the sky is the limit with The Redd for BLD PNW. We are excited to bring BLD PNW to a venue that shares our B Corp values and is run by our colleagues at Ecotrust.
